He currently works as a baker and has catered many weddings and special events in his past. While receiving his education at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef John's high GPA gave him the opportunity to work as a student ambassador. He is available to travel to clients in the St. Louis area.

Chef John showed how to properly cut a red onion and talked about the versatility of onions. He used it to make a homemade onion vinaigrette dressing that could be used in a number of different ways from a dressing to a marinade for chicken. He is a very knowledgeable chef where you will definitely walk away with more knowledge than you came in with.
