WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn to make classic Mediterranean dishes, like crunchy falafel and savory kabob.
Join Chef Jalen in this hands-on cooking class as he teaches you how to prepare a five-course Mediterranean dinner. Along with learning how to cook the dishes, you'll also learn tips for plating, seasoning and staying confident in the kitchen.
Start off this five-course menu by making a light garden salad, followed by crunchy, satisfying falafel. Then, season your chicken kabobs and sear them to perfection before preparing lamb chops to pair with a fragrant saffron rice. For dessert, make a decadent, Mediterranean-style chocolate bundt cake topped with berries.
