Let Chef Landi guide you on a voyage of traditional Italian cuisine in this interactive hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to prepare a menu that blends the flavors of the Old World with contemporary gourmet flair.
Begin with fresh steamed mussels in a silky white wine butter sauce, and handmade ricotta spinach gnocchi, a beloved Italian dumpling topped with a homemade roasted garlic and tomato basil sauce. Then, whip up a strawberry tiramisu layered with lady finger cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.
