Chef Nancy invites you to the table for a traditional communal-style Filipino meal.
This cooking class features a boodle fight, or kamayan, is a traditional Philippine feast where banana leaves are spread on the table and food is arranged in an artful pattern. Guests are then invited to dig in using their hands only, although Chef Nancy will supply dinnerware as needed.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to preparing and enjoying during this fun boodle fight feast includes perfectly grilled pork belly, steamed prawns, mussels and okra, egg rolls and fried rice. Chef Nancy will also teach you how to sauté hand-chopped milkfish and chicken liver.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
