Create an authentic spread of vibrant brunch flavors prepared with a distinct North African flair.

A simple brunch becomes an international adventure in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Meg! Learn about the culinary culture of Morocco as you prepare this curated selection of traditional dishes.

Chef Meg will teach you how to make a beverage menu of fresh mint tea, hand-squeezed orange juice and coffee, prepare a plate featuring olives, soft cheeses and dried fruit, and whip up elegant gold leaf-topped pancakes soaked in honey and butter. And because even brunch calls for an indulgent dessert, you'll finish your lesson with a magical vanilla and rosewater yogurt parfait.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Meagan is fantastic! She focuses on plant based cuisine and she takes time to fully explain her ingredient choices and how to make cooking more simple. Her food is beautiful and she is very skilled in the kitchen. I highly recommend her for anyone in the Miami area who wants to learn more about plant based cooking!
