Begin by preparing a refreshing green garden salad topped with homemade Parmesan crisps before roasting seasonal vegetables with gochujang, a sweet, savory and spicy red chili paste used in Korean cooking. Next, Chef Kiersten will teach you the proper techniques to make risotto from scratch and a tangy lemon pots de creme for dessert.

After beginning her career as a personal chef, she later became owner and operator of her own catering business for 20 years, in addition to a renowned barbecue restaurant in Kansas City and a meal prep kit company. Chef Kiersten now resides in Napa Valley and specializes in farm-to-table cuisine.
