WHAT YOU’LL DO
Get ready to journey through Latin America with stops in Mexico, Cuba, Peru and Argentina.
In this hands-on class with Chef Edgar, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Latin American menu that will give you a peek into the culinary scenes of four Latin American countries.
Your journey will begin in Peru with a shrimp ceviche appetizer. Next, you'll make a quick stop in Mexico to learn how to build layers of flavor in a jicama and avocado salad before heading to Argentina for churrasco steak with chimichurri. Finally, you will end in Cuba with an upside down guava flan for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
