Join Chef Parsati and create four Indian dishes that can be prepared with minimal fresh ingredients — perfect for weeknight cooking. These comforting recipes are completely vegetarian and optimized for healthy lifestyles.

In this cooking class, you'll prepare hearty yellow dal fry with lentils, and savory aloo gobi masala — a cauliflower and potato stir fry. You'll also cook the perfect basmati rice to create berry pulao, a rice dish topped with fruit and nuts. On the side, you'll mix up onion mint raita dip and crisp papadam crackers.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parsati's skill in cooking and teaching is only matched by her enthusiasm. The entire experience was wonderful from learning new cooking techniques, to the conversation, and of course the food was incredible. She has a wealth of knowledge both in how to make excellent food, but also how to cook in an accessible, healthy way. I'd recommend her classes to anyone looking for a great cooking class and overall experience!
