Get ready to indulge in a gourmet brunch served tapas style in this interactive experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Kelly, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet tapas-style brunch spread using high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include mini Dutch pancakes made with buckwheat flour and served with a seasonal fruit compote, fried chicken and homemade waffles served with spicy honey, perfectly roasted potatoes dusted with paprika, fluffy scrambled eggs made with scallions, and bacon candied with pure maple syrup and mustard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kelly provided us with a wonderful Valentine's Day experience! She created a warm and cozy atmosphere as she taught us cooking techniques that are applicable to a variety of dishes. She explained every step of the process very clearly and made sure everyone in the group felt included and were learning the art of cooking. Chef Kelly made cooking a fun and easy activity and I would definitely recommend taking one of her classes if you're looking for a great experience. Her passion and love for cooking was very evident and contagious and we could not have asked for a better lesson for Valentine's weekend!!

This is an experience that words cannot say. It was absolutely amazing. Chef Kelly welcomed us into her home and was so friendly. We had the best time ever. We got right down to cooking. Afterwards we sat and talked. A awesome time. Thank you Chef Kelly!
