What You’ll Do

Join Chef Ann and discover the beauty of fresh, seasonal Northwest ingredients.

In this hands-on class with Chef Ann, you will learn how to prepare a farm-to-table four-course menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients from Chef Ann's very own urban farm, and from other local farmers.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include goat cheese bites with edible flowers, a simple salad showcasing a variety of homegrown Asian greens, succulent cedar plank salmon sided by a root vegetable medley, and sweet poached pears that look like they belong on a white tablecloth at a restaurant.

We loved cooking with Chef Ann. Recipes were simple enough to want to try them ourselves and her cooking tips were invaluable. Don’t miss her garden! I would repeat this experience in a second.

Chef Ann was the best! It was like an intimate dinner party with friends, only we did the cooking! Chef Ann taught us several techniques, gave us tips, fed us from her farm, and introduced us to some great new flavors.

Ann is an excellent teacher and communicator. The food was spectacular and she is clearly a true expert in her field, with so many unique yet accessible techniques. I really appreciated that a number of the foods were seasonal, from her amazing urban farm, and that nothing gets wasted in her cooking process! Definitely recommend!
