Meet your chef
I was born in the Philippines and learned traditional cooking methods from my mother. But instead of using meat, I use an array of substitutes, including soy protein, wheat gluten, and tofu. I love to balance my dishes with colorful, fresh vegetables and innovate many traditional dishes into vegan cuisine. I have my own food truck and it is my goal to promote health in the community and also help the planet while serving you delicious, flavorful Filipino vegan food.

Chef Jay-Ar is the coolest and his dishes are absolutely beautiful. He uses the most colorful ingredients and all of his dishes are packed with flavor. Who need meat when you have such tasty and creative vegan cuisine? The lumpia was some of the best I've ever had!
