These fungi are all considered to have strong healing properties, and are the perfect foundation for some incredible recipes.
Begin by making miso soup brimming with shiitake mushrooms, scallions, tofu and dried seaweed, and oyster pancakes packed with shiitake mushrooms and chives. Next, learn how to make pad see ew — rice noodles with chicken, shrimp, eggs and (more) shiitake mushrooms. Finally, sip on a healing reishi mushroom hot cacao.
