Valentine's Day is all about love, and it's the perfect time to celebrate friends! Gather your best girls for a Galentine's cooking class, and learn how to craft gourmet, from-scratch dishes with Chef Jared.

Begin the hands-on class with tart strawberry and goat cheese crostini drizzled with balsamic and peppered with fresh basil, followed by mixing and rolling homemade pasta dough for lobster ravioli drenched in brown butter sauce with sage and lemon. For your final two courses, you'll whip up waffles with bourbon barrel maple syrup, and chocolate-covered strawberries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such an enjoyable night! Chef Jared was a great host, and the food was AMAZING. We had such good conversation with Jared and learned some new tips and tricks in the kitchen! We will definitely be taking another one of Jared’s classes in the future!
