Embark on a culinary journey to Puerto Rico with Chef Kristiana in this interactive experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Kristiana, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Puerto Rican menu using both familiar and exotic ingredients, and easy-to-master, Spanish-inspired cooking techniques.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class with Chef Kristiana include homemade tostones with a garlicky paprika aioli, boiled yucca with citrusy garlic sauce, a sazon seasoned and roasted chicken with yellow rice and vegetables, and a tres leches cake with fresh fruit and whipped cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kristiana's awesome food spanned several distinct traditions and felt and tasted authentic throughout! She's a great teacher and I had so much fun learning from her. Dreaming about that spicy tuna fried rice!
