In this hands-on class with Chef Kristiana, you will learn how to prepare an authentic six-course Japanese izakaya menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and time-honored Japanese culinary techniques.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a refreshing sunomono salad, spicy tuna crispy rice with avocado, a pickled persimmon salad with citrus and a sweet rice vinaigrette, savory pork and chive gyoza dumplings with ponzu dipping sauce, a luscious purin caramel cake with sweet potato kinton syrup for dessert, and so much more!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
