If you're looking for a way to reset your digestion and optimize physical health, Ayurvedic eating can help. Ayurvedic cuisine relies on wholesome, fulfilling meals designed to satisfy both taste and nutrition.
In this hands-on class, Ched Radhika will teach you how to make six different Ayurvedic dishes, starting with a cinnamon and rice pudding. Then, learn how to make a comforting mung bean, vegetable and rice stew as well as a savory potato curry accompanied by crispy cauliflower and chickpea patties. Finish up with a shot of spiced turmeric milk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Raised in India, Chef Radhika learned to cook from her mother, grandmothers, and aunts. She was also raised with the ancient Indian tradition of Atithi Devo Bhava — a mantra prescribing hospitality of the highest order. Chef Radhika implements this in all of her cooking classes where she ventures beyond the typical dal and naan, and introduces South Indian dishes, such as dosa, idli, vada, and healthy vegetarian Indian fare.

Chef was really nice and patient. Maybe 3 recipes was too many. It felt very rushed, and it would have been better to get more prep instructions for the ingredients. Thank you!

Chef Radhika's knowledge and expertise made for a wonderful experience for our work team! She took the time to hear our group's needs while planning the class. Her calm helped us all get to delicious recipe results! Many people ended up eating the product before the class was over. Great fun!

Chef Radhika was excellent, and was able to make cooking seem easy. While I wasn't prepared to cook along with her, I felt like I can follow her instructions on my own. She was also very good with answering questions from our staff in this virtual lesson.

I’ve always been intimated by cooking Indian cuisine, but Chef Radhika makes it easy, fun, and approachable. She guides you through the process and gives you feedback along the way. I’d do this again and totally recommend it to others.

Excellent class. Great recipes. Well run. Very professional and friendly. The chefs view was rather far away. It was hard to see what she was doing. I wish she stood a little closer to the camera.

I really enjoyed the cooking class! I foundthe recipes easy enough to follow as long and as long as you prepped ahead of time things seem to go very smooth. I would certainly recommend to a friend!

We enjoyed the class and the food. However, we did not know to prep the ingredients prior to joining the class, and the recipe she sent ahead of time is not what she followed. She was using different measurements, different timing and, in some cases, different ingredients. It was a little hectic to follow.

I booked a class for my boyfriends parents. Prior to the class some changes were made regarding our preferences and chef Radhika communicated them to us promptly. We were able to message back and forth to figure it out. Her replies were always quick and she was very flexible. The day before the dinner cozymeal sent us updates with the location and personal contact info for chef Radhika. Immediately after the cooking class my boyfriend and I received a call from his parents. The never had an experience as unique as they had with chef Radhika. They praised her for her graceful confidence. They were impressed by her ability to create Healthy, traditional, easy meals with ease. We were on the phone with them for about 20mins of seriously constant praises. They had never had traditional Indian food which is different from the Americanized greasy, dense meals you might be used to. I’m going to book a class for my partner and I so we can get the chef Radhika experience first hand!

My partner and I had a very nice time during our class with Chef Rhadika. Her dishes were very tasty, healthy, and well-explained. She is very kind and patient, and answered our many dozens of questions. If you are interested in vegetarian indian food, I would definitely recommend this experience. Her kitchen gets hot in the summertime though!

I booked this class for my fiancee's birthday. Chef Radhika is a total pro. She has a deep and authentic knowledge of Indian cuisine, and she was able to patiently answer all of our questions. I know a lot more about how to cook Indian food now, and I felt inspired by this class.

I had done two differnt Cozy Meal adventures this same week. One was with Chef Christopher and the other was with Chef Radhika. The first with Chef Christoper was truely a 5 star experience. With Chef Radhika not so much. For one she wasn't a professional chef, just someone familiar with Indian cooking. She did a great job explaining what she was preparing and the concepts behind Indian cooking and spices, and the meal was good. That atmosphere was just a older apartment kitchen with limited space. The dinner was just about a cup of rice with some Saag and dahi lentils. Not exactly $105 per head dinner. Though I thank Radhika for sharing her home and educating us on some basic Indian cusine, I feel a little ripped off at the price we paid. Having done both Cozy Meal experiences the same week. I would not recommend this one as being worth the cost.

I was literally blown away by the amazing flavors Chef Radika incorporates into her cooking. It is a delicious blend of Indian spices that makes her food so delicious and experience truly unforgettable. I am now a big fan of Indian food thanks to Chef Radhika!

Fun and delicious. The length of the class was perfect. We booked the class and it coincided with an Indian festival so Chef Radhika treated us to some Indian sweets (which was not part of the menu). That was really nice of her.

Such amazing Indian food! It was gluten-free so I could bring my sister along too. Everything was lip-smacking especially the hot masala chai in the freezing cold weather.

Chef Radhika is very warm and welcoming. It almost felt like we were at a friend's house. While we were cooking she gave us little snippets about India. I loved the vada and sambar. It was the first time I had ever tasted south Indian cuisine and it was a pleasant change from the usual tikka masala and nan bread at Indian restaurants. I will go back for some other classes with her.

I am vegan and that was a key reason why I signed up for this class but it was so much more. Everything was so tasty and especially the dal. We went back for a second helping and Chef was more than happy to oblige.

I just loved everything about the class from the menu to ease of preparation and the final tasting. The difficulty level was low-medium so it was perfect. Everything was so delicious especially the biryani.
