Learn how to recreate healthy versions of your favorite comfort foods with Chef Terri.

If you want to eat healthy but don't want to give up your favorite foods, this is the class for you. In this hands-on cooking lesson, Chef Terri will show you how to make three different comfort food dishes with a light and wholesome twist.

Create healthy stuffed mushrooms served with horseradish sauce, then prep zucchini noodles for your low-carb pasta dish. You will coat them in avocado pesto and serve them with heart-healthy salmon. Finish your meal by learning how to make an organic dessert with sunflower seeds and agave nectar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Terri has spent the past five years teaching healthy cooking classes for large and small groups, including corporate team building classes, and leading televised cooking segments on major networks, such as CBS, FOX, and NBC. Chef Terri is a self-taught chef and fitness professional, and is currently attending the Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts pursuing her goal to be a classically trained chef.

Delectable...Yes, that is the word that best describes the many foods of Chef Terri. From her white chicken chili that has the right amount of heat to her red beans and rice that had just enough southern comfort. You cannot go wrong with any dish that Chef Terri puts her LOVE in and you wont realize just how healthy it is as the flavor is yummy! And while you eat, you will be thoroughly entertained with Chef Terri's quick wit. Wherever she is, I want to be!

I really enjoy the delicious cuisine that Terri creates. My favorite is her Shrimp and grits I can’t seem to get enough of it, and her Cauliflower and fried rice is great also....
