What You’ll Do

In this hands-on class, Chef Justin celebrates the seafood bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

The Pacific Northwest enjoys one of the finest climates in the world for both land and sea ingredients. Chef Justin will guide you through a fun and interesting edible journey to a place where the land meets the sea.

Start off with scampi made from jumbo spot prawns, local herbs and white wine. Follow this with clams in chervil soubise, a classic butter sauce, and apples, seaweed and pork belly. Next, you'll cook up cod with chanterelle mushrooms accompanied by asparagus almond pilaf. Round out your meal with a rich chocolate almond tort.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
