What You’ll Do

Celebrate the seasonal flavors of the garden and the sea with Chef Edgar.

This hands-on class with Chef Edgar features elegant dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients gleaned from local gardens and the sea.

For your first course, layer an arugula salad with pecorino cheese crisps, fennel and grapes, then learn the techniques to making warm orzo with basil and locally grown tomatoes. For your entrГ©e you'll pan sear North Atlantic salmon and serve alongside roasted asparagus, sage and browned butter. A flaming bananas Foster rounds out the meal, and Chef Edgar will show you how to plate it with flair.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
