In this hands-on class with Chef Robin, you will learn how to prepare the ultimate vegan holiday feast filled with plates that will impress and satisfy all palates gathered around your holiday table this season.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to preparing in this class include a plant-based take on turkey breast using tempeh and cashews, roasted garlic mashed potatoes with velvety mushroom gravy, candied sweet potatoes, apple and cranberry stuffing with walnuts, green beans with caramelized pearl onions, and vegan pumpkin pie for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Robin was welcoming, entertaining, and amazing. She loves cooking and teaching. The pies and tarts we made turned out well all thanks to Chef Robin's clear instructions. Cooking with Robin was so fun for my partner and I! We really loved how flexible and tailored to our skills it was, I don't think we could have gotten such personalized lessons anywhere else. The Vegan Brunch we cooked was delicious, but most importantly, left us with several recipes that were immediately applicable to our daily repertoire. Robin was just so nice and funny, and we had such a great time swapping stories and recipes. Thank you Robin!
