We had a wonderful night with Chef Olivier. The food was incredible, Olivier was highly personable, and I feel as though I learned a lot. His newly remodeled kitchen is also the stuff home design dreams are made of. Highly recommend!

Chef Olivier was fantastic! Really knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and I learned a ton of cooking techniques from him. Plus, the food was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully take another class from him some day!

This was a Christmas gift to my husband and we both enjoyed it thoroughly. From the warm atmosphere of chefâ€™s home to the fun and instructional cooking. We had a fantastic night and are looking forward to more events through Cozymeal. This was the perfect night out!

Booked the class New England Parisian Brasserie with Chef Olivier in Hingham

We arranged a class "New England Parisian Brasserie" with Chef Olivier for our son and two of his friends. All of them like to cook, but they are 12-year old boys. Chef Olivier did a great job in all aspects. The menu is well balanced with some items being relatively simple and others - more advanced, but all very tasty. The chef flawlessly managed the team of very inexperienced cooks giving them the tasks they can handle, pushing them a little bit out of their comfort zone, encouraging them and making them laugh. The kids enjoyed both cooking and eating. I was the only adult on the team and learned a lot about the technics I had questions about. Now I'm less afraid to make Pate au Choux on my own. I would highly recommend Chef Olivier for a team of any cooking experience.
