Meet your chef
My passion for cooking is inherited - I come from three generations of chefs, both in Italy and the US. I began my career in my teens working for my family's restaurant in New York City, and trained in Florence, Italy. I've cooked at restaurants throughout Europe and the US, including a Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK. I look forward to sharing my passion, knowledge, and experience with you at my home or yours!

I got a this lesson as a Christmas present for my mom. She and I both thoroughly enjoyed it! Chef Leigh was wonderful! She taught us a lot, first by showing us and explaining what she was doing and why, then overseeing our work and giving us tips as we went along. And the food was excellent - so tasty, fresh and healthy! My mother was thrilled to learn how to make a healthier version of one of her favorite dishes and plans to try it out at home. She's still talking about everything she learned! Chef Leigh was extremely personable as well, so there was plenty of great conversation to go along with the excellent food.

Chef Leigh is such a wonderful person and an incredibly talented chef. She is full of stories from growing up in restaurants, and full of recipes from her life in kitchens. Her food is healthy but not TOO healthy, and absolutely delicious.
