What You’ll Do

Go on an incredible culinary tour of Asian cuisine favorites with Chef Jen.

Join Chef Jen for an expert lesson on making some of your favorite Asian restaurant dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Begin with shrimp and pork potstickers, those tasty fried dumplings that are actually quite simple to make at home. Next, you'll make chilled soba noodles in a spicy peanut sauce with vegetables and sesame seeds, followed by a Chinese restaurant favorite: black pepper chicken. The final stop on your Asian culinary journey will be in Thailand for coffee and dark chocolate, five-spice truffles.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Loved my class with Chef Jen!! Everything we made was so much fun and she was a great teacher, we especially loved how she made sure all the dishes were rich and decadent but still healthy. Can't wait for our next class, thanks Chef Jen!!
