Cooking Class - An Italian Evening for Garlic Lovers

What You’ll Do

Garlic takes center stage as Chef Dominique presents a trio of Italian favorites.

Because of its pungent aroma, garlic was used in ancient times to prevent illnesses, but we've also learned to admire garlic for it's flavor. These delicious modern Italian dishes are definitely for garlic lovers.

Roasted asparagus soup with garlic and lemon begins the hands-on class. These three ingredients are a classic combination and this soup is no exception. The second you'll make from scratch is a simple homemade tagliolini pasta with a sauce of fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic. Top off the evening with sweet, nutty pecan wedding cookies.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
