What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare an elegant menu that is practically done before guests arrive.

In this class, Chef Laura will share dishes that are worthy of an elegant dinner party, along with tips on proper pacing to keep the conversation and meal flowing.

You'll begin by learning how to assemble a charcuterie board, followed by a cool gazpacho with an added kick of buttermilk. To create an impressive main course and conversation piece, you will learn how to spatchcock a chicken. Finally, for dessert, construct apple empanadas that can be served fragrant and warm from the oven.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
