In this hands-on class with Chef Douglas, you will learn how to prepare a four-course meal showcasing a bounty of fresh seafood and impressive culinary techniques that coax the best flavors out of each and every ingredient.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include a char-grilled sous vide octopus with homemade olive tapenade and cured lemon, poached salmon with a fennel beurre blanc sided by a creamy celeriac purée and crab, and linguine and clams swimming in a buttery white wine broth.

I just want to make sure that this is going to the correct “chef Doug”. He was great and helped me plan an amazing evening and dining experience for my wife and little girl!! Five Star Chef!! When a private chef in South Beach cancelled on our bachelorette party last minute, I frantically placed an ad on a catering forum searching for a replacement. I got dozens of replies, but the sample menu Doug sent over showed he had truly read my requirements and understand my vision for the meal. His good nature and willingness to work with us on price made hiring him an easy decision. He made himself available within a few days notice, and came to our house to cook an outstanding gourmet meal for 10 ladies. Everything we asked for he provided, and so much more, all at an affordable price. We all still talk about this meal today!
