Dark chocolate lovers unite in this fun, exciting dark chocolate-making workshop with Chef Sharon.
In this hands-on class with Chef Sharon, you will learn all of the chocolatiering skills, techniques, and tips needed to prepare four unique chocolate confections featuring a wide range of textures and flavors.
Some of the chocolaty treats you can look forward to making in this class include a hazelnut praline crunch with dark chocolate and crushed crêpes, orange meltaways with a blend of milk and dark chocolate, a spicy hot chocolate lollipop with extra brute cocoa powder, and an everything dark chocolate bar with nuts and freeze dried fruits.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sharon mastered her skills while working at a French artisan chocolate company in Carpenteria. She loves sharing her passion for food and teaching others how to make delectable sweets and treats from scratch!
