Discover a vegan, gluten-free, and low carb Middle Eastern feast bursting with flavor and flair.
In this hands-on class with Chef Sharon, you will learn how to prepare a five-course vegan and gluten-free Middle Eastern menu using a bounty of fresh vegetables as well as bright and brilliant Middle Eastern flavors and cooking techniques.
Just a few of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class with Chef Sharon include an impossibly smooth hummus spiked with garlic, a creamy yet vibrant and refreshing fennel and red chard soup, and a traditional tabbouleh salad studded with fresh herbs that makes it taste alive.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sharon mastered her skills while working at a French artisan chocolate company in Carpenteria. She loves sharing her passion for food and teaching others how to make delectable sweets and treats from scratch!
