In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you will discover a handful of spices, herbs, and blends from around the world that work to lend authenticity to international dishes and provide creative inspiration for your everyday cooking.

Some of the dishes you will prepare in this class that showcase your arsenal of spices include a creamy vegan korma with coconut milk, cauliflower, Indian spices, and cashews, lamb and chicken kebabs with a refreshing homemade tzatziki sauce and freshly made handcrafted flatbreads, and sweet African bread complete with syrup for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I loved the experience! I joined a group of two couples and we prepared together a multi-course Thai dish which was delicious! Chef Micheal is kind and very knowledgeable which made the experience really nice.

Nothing short of AMAZING! Chef Michael took the time to teach me about balancing flavors and everything under the sun! Even with my questions I thought I may have been stupid, his comedy and depth of knowledge made it a fun experience!!!
