What You'll Do

Create a succulent seafood meal from scratch with Chef Jamie.

Chef Jamie will showcase some aromatic and flavorsome seafood dishes that will have you feeling like you are dining by the sea.

In this class, you will be preparing an array of seafood dishes from scratch — a seafood lover's dream! Homemade crab bisque will be prepared with aromatic garlic, thyme, and white wine. Is your mouth watering yet? It doesn't stop there. The main course is a savory crab-stuffed halibut sided by creamy mashed potatoes. End the class with a decadent bread pudding studded with raisins and crowned with whiskey sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jamie's joyful attitude made for a fun time, and her organization made the whole experience run very smoothly. Each dish was incredible: shredded sweet potato salad with chopped apples that blew my mind, a super tender pork chop, a beautifully blackened catfish with crawfish sauce that gave me flashbacks to traveling through New Orleans, and my personal favorite of the day--the best lava cake I've ever had! I can't wait to try recreating them at home in the near future.

Chef Jamie was awesome. This was our first cooking class and she provided such a great experience. You would think we cheated and ordered at a fancy restaurant but we have pictures showing it was really us that cooked it lol. Thank you Jamie.!
