Meet your chef
Chef Katie enjoys food. She enjoys cooking it, eating it, reading about it, and writing about it as both a blogger and a cookbook author. After putting in some time at America’s Test Kitchen in Boston, Chef Katie began catering, which eventually led to a successful career designing and teaching an array of cooking classes and culinary experiences that focus on simple, seasonal, from scratch cuisine.
