Meet your chef
Chef Eric began his foray into the culinary world nearly 20 years ago. After culinary school, he came on the restaurant scene, coincidentally landing in kitchens that focused on using local, sustainable ingredients with exclusivity. Shortly after, he became an executive chef at the young age of 27 in Hollywood, CA. Now, Chef Eric is following his true passion of teaching cooking classes and hosting private culinary experiences.

Chef Eric was a great host! Very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about the food we were making. He provided a really fun experience for us, and the food was absolutely incredible!

I surprised my boyfriend with a cooking class with chef Eric making empanadas! We had a great time with many laughs and eating amazing food. I learned so much about cooking from chef Eric and highly recommend him!
