Cooking Class - Seasonal Southern Fare

What You’ll Do

Harness the life and movement of the seasons and infuse it into your Southern favorites.

In this hands-on class with Chef Eric, you'll learn how to prepare a four-course Southern dinner that seamlessly introduces new and nuanced flavors to traditional Southern cuisine.

You'll begin by building a salad featuring cara caras with a sweet, tangy, raspberry-colored flesh founded on a base of heirloom radicchio flaunting pale-green leaves that look like they've been splatter-painted with red wine. Then, you'll learn how to bring rapini to life with a light char and dash of fish sauce to serve as a side to your luxurious Southern scallop entrГ©e.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I love Eric’s enthusiasm for cooking & the recipes are killer. Favorite: the salsa verde. I’m putting it on everything from now on.
