You won’t find any fake meat products or substitutes on this menu of vegan classics!

In this hands-on class with Chef Na'Tori, you will learn how to prepare a three-course vegan feast filled with classic and wholesome vegan recipes featuring protein-rich beans, plenty of fresh, colorful produce, and all the flavor.

You will begin by learning how to prepare homemade vegan ranch for buffalo cauliflower lettuce wraps that will get your taste buds humming. Then, you'll learn how to add layers of flavor to a hearty and healthy black bean and lentil chili before ending with a vegan peach apple crisp for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Na’Tori has been working and cooking professionally in many a renowned restaurant and bakery kitchen for the past five years. Chef Na’Tori began her foray into the culinary world honing her skills at a French restaurant. From there, she found herself mastering pastry in one of the most popular cupcake bakeries in the country before moving on to work in a from-scratch kitchen furthering her culinary knowledge and skill.

I loved my time with Na'Tori, especially learning how to make pasta from scratch and make my own lasagna rolls! She was so relaxing and funny, it was a very enjoyable experience!
