In this hands-on class with Chef Bryan, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu with a focus on understanding and mastering the essential elements of French cuisine.

You'll begin by learning how to use one of the most important French ingredients — cheese — to prepare a savory baked cheese tart with onions and thyme. Next, Chef Bryan will showcase the French techniques needed to add requisite flair and elegance demanded by chicken fricassee. Lastly, you'll learn a crêpe recipe that can be adapted to suit any meal of the day.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Hailing from a family of boxers that includes an Olympic bronze medalist, Chef Bryan opted out of the ring and into the kitchen. Chef Bryan championed his own path and became an executive chef at just 28 years old. Chef Bryan is focused and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and is very friendly. He takes care of detail while presenting his dishes. He cooks with fresh ingredients and his food is delicious.
