What You’ll Do

Get ready to be dazzled with a menu of amazing and authentic Japanese street foods.

Japan is a sensory wonderland and its street food scene is no exception. In this hands-on class, Chef Stuart will teach you how to prepare four of his absolute favorite Japanese street foods hailing from "yatai," which are small food stalls that can be found along the streets of Japan.

Some of the Japanese street food fare you can look forward to creating in this class includes a savory Japanese pancake with a sweet and tangy sauce, flavor-packed Japanese dumplings, and teriyaki-marinated grilled chicken and salmon skewers.
