He is inspired by the world around us — from traditional Japanese sushi techniques to local farmers market finds — and brings it all to the table. Chef Pierre was born in France and spent 12 years studying cooking there as well as one year studying in Italy. He has worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Pierre is an expert with all types of fish and meat, and can also make great sauces and desserts. He has been a chef instructor and executive chef for many years, and has even cooked for four United States presidents. Chef Pierre's style of teaching is from the heart.

Chef Megan is a classically trained culinarian and an ardent gastronome who brings more than a decade of professional culinary experience to the table as a chef, recipe developer, cooking class instructor and beyond. Chef Megan is currently developing her own cooking show and also serves as the sous chef of a local food truck that focuses on scratch-made fare from quality-sourced ingredients.

Chef Vivian and Chef Michi are a husband and wife dynamic culinary duo, each bringing more than 30 years of professional culinary experience to the table. Chef Vivian is a highly respected and lauded private chef, caterer and cooking class instructor. Chef Michi is a master of all things authentic Japanese sushi. Together, Chef Vivian and Chef Michi are a culinary force to be reckoned with in the kitchen.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Chef Catalina attended college for cultural anthropology where she first worked in catering and discovered her passion for food. After school, she continued to follow this passion and hone her craft in the kitchen. With expansive experience in the industry from serving as lead cook and managing catering to managing special events and working as a cheese monger, Chef Catalina now enjoys instructing group cooking classes.

Chef Zach, a culinary extraordinaire, is an applauded chef and enthusiastic culinary instructor who is always striving to create new and fun culinary experiences for his guests. Chef Zach’s dynamic instructional skills paired with his ability to shape and form comprehensive cooking classes leaves guests and students empowered and teeming with the confidence to create outstanding meals in their very own kitchens.

After graduating culinary school and completing an immersive internship in Italian culture and cuisine in Umbria, Chef Daniel landed a job as a sous chef where he was able to learn from and partner with Iron Chef Jose Garces. For the past five years, Chef Daniel has been the go-to chef for six eateries that are part of a restaurant group that has helped transform a once desolate neighborhood into a modern and trendy village.

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luana inherited a culinary passion from her grandmother. She has enjoyed entrepreneurial success at a beachside restaurant in Italy mainly due to her mastery with the pizza oven, as she is one of Italy’s few professional female pizza makers working with a wood burning oven. Chef Luana's old world recipes and techniques find new life in her classes with quality ingredients and genuine flavors.

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Danushka’s culinary career quickly rose to prominence. An experienced culinary instructor and highly sought after private chef, she has worked for celebrities and high net worth clients across the U.S. Chef Danushka was a contestant on "Chopped" and "Cutthroat Kitchen," a finalist on "Comeback Kitchen" and "Next Food Network Star," and is the winner of Food Network’s "24 Hour Restaurant Battle."

Chef Tracy is an epicurean and former athlete with a passion for healthy, wholesome recipes. She's worked as both a culinary and pastry chef, which helped her launch a health food dessert company in 2008. She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands. Chef Tracy has also written books and articles that share her recipes and nutrition knowledge.

Chef Mert hails from a family of exceptional cooks who take pride in their Balkan and Mediterranean culinary cultures. He applied his natural talents while working at Michelin-starred Spago Beverly Hills. His experience preparing meals for A-list celebrities and food critics helped expand his enterprise as a private chef. In Chef Mert’s view, cuisine is an artform where passion and soul are as important as flavor and texture.

With over 20 years of culinary experience gained in various cities and restaurants across the country, Chef Cregg has now found his niche as a food stylist and chef instructor. His blend of geographical cooking styles span the global epicurean gamut. From contemporary Californian to fusion BBQ to classic Caribbean and more, Chef Cregg's modern techniques and use of simple, seasonal ingredients are sure to impress.
