Team Building Activity - A Traditional Tapas Gathering

What You’ll Do

Connect with your team as you work together to create an array of Spanish tapas.

Chef Sydney will be your host as you work together to create a parade of traditional Spanish tapas. There will be plenty of hands-on tasks to reconnect and revitalize your team as you enjoy a traditional tapas gathering.

You and your team will begin by making deliciously sticky, sweet, spicy, and smoky chorizo-filled dates. Next, it's onto the melty goodness of Spanish piquillo peppers stuffed with sheep’s milk cheese, then traditional tomato-rubbed country bread. Your team will enjoy creating the technical, yet approachable chocolate sabayon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Friendly. Fun. Great teacher and awesome cook. Made everyone feel comfortable and a gentle teacher and soul. Great dinner - can’t wait to do it again.

Chef Syd was awesome. Beyond accommodating (happily waited as some guests arrived late), and put up with our wine-filled lively crew with tons of patience and silliness. Food was yummy. Totally recommend!

Had a blast with Sydney for our Valentin'e Day dinner! She did a great job explaining and teaching some of the cooking methods while giving us enough leeway to leisurely enjoy the process. I was nervous about having someone in my home and the potential for it to feel awkward but Sydney was an absolute pleasure and I can't wait to try another meal soon!
