Nice guy but too scattered and not very professional. Seemed a bit unprepared for the group. The venue was NOTHING like what I expected. Almost borderline false advertising. It was at a bar venue in an open air outdoor barn like room with pollen flying all around. Quite unsanitary. Questions were asked and answers were always vague and indefinite. Not everyone got a hands on chance. He asked for Venmo gratuity so I politely tipped on site but regret it now as I feel I over-tipped in my rush to leave. Quite disappointed.

Wow! We booked a team building activity with Chef Timothy and it was just so much fun! He was super attentive to us and explained everything from scratch. Loved it!
