Explore the exquisite taste of fresh pasta in this engaging team-building workshop. Under the guidance of Chef Tim, your group will craft the perfect dough from scratch using flour, eggs and water. Discover the secrets to shaping and cooking the dough like a professional chef. You'll also learn to concoct homemade sauces like a classic marinara with crushed tomatoes and fresh herbs, a creamy alfredo with heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and a vibrant pesto with basil and pine nuts. Plus, get creative by incorporating a variety of ingredients to design your own unique pasta dish.

Nice guy but too scattered and not very professional. Seemed a bit unprepared for the group. The venue was NOTHING like what I expected. Almost borderline false advertising. It was at a bar venue in an open air outdoor barn like room with pollen flying all around. Quite unsanitary. Questions were asked and answers were always vague and indefinite. Not everyone got a hands on chance. He asked for Venmo gratuity so I politely tipped on site but regret it now as I feel I over-tipped in my rush to leave. Quite disappointed.
