What You’ll Do

Go head-to-head with co-workers to design your own version of guacamole.

Chef Chris leads this fun, interactive team building cooking class through a competitive kitchen experience where you'll compete with your colleagues to see who can create the greatest guacamole in the group.

The tournament gets underway first as you choose from a variety of fresh ingredients for your guacamole, including vibrant tropical fruit and yellow corn. Afterward, enjoy a DIY taco station with flavors like roasted peppers, marinated chicken and sour cream. Your team will also take part in mixing up virgin sangria with fresh fruit and ginger ale and optional BYOB red wine or white wine.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Your Menu

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Chef Chris and his team were great. They showed up a little early to get set up and prepared. They were very kind to everyone but also focused on their craft. The food was amazing, everyone truly enjoyed the flavors and presentation. They cleaned up nicely and were out of there in no time at all. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I celebrated 22 years as a couple with surf and turf steak and shrimp, tangerine pear and blue cheese salad, wonderful creamy potato soup, and biscuits cooked to perfection topped with strawberries and whipped cream. They offer lots of classes!

An amazing experience all thanks to Chef Chris. He is professional, yet fun to learn from and work with. Chef Chris is also very clearly knowledgeable and accommodating - we had a group of 6 friends in our personal cooking class with varying experience levels with cooking. Ingredients were very fresh, and the recipes we made were very tasty and easy to follow. We will absolutely do this experience again and if possible, we would like to work with Chef Chris as well. Chris was professional, punctual, and considerate! We learned new techniques, got to ask any question we wanted, and he easily integrated into our family dynamics! He was especially kind to our 18-year-old son by getting him involved and teaching directly with him at times. On top of all that, the food we prepared was delicious! Some food items we would have never purchased at the store are now on our list to try again. He shared the recipes at the end of the night. Would definitely have him back again for more fun.

We had the best experience with Chef Chris. We hired him to cook brunch for my fiance's 30th birthday. He was on time, professional, and made great company during the time he was at our house. But the best part was the food!! Everything he made was delicious. The meal was even more enjoyable than what we could have gotten in a restaurant for the same money.
