What You’ll Do

Gather your team and learn how to make elevated brunch recipes from scratch.

In this hands-on team building cooking class, an expert chef will guide your team through using fresh ingredients for a fun, collaborative brunch experience.

Your team will begin by preparing creamy polenta and poached eggs topped with a meaty bacon carbonara sauce. Next, they’ll work together to make a savory mushroom Croque Madame topped with fresh truffle pâté, and fresh hollandaise sauce to drizzle over seared steak and blanched asparagus. End your team building experience by whipping up fresh pancakes served with a delectable blueberry jam.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Oscar, our chef and Oscar his sou chef were ready and waiting for us as we were the only couple to enjoy the vegetarian class. They spent time, energy and knowledge with us in an intimate, personable and patient manner and setting. It was great! We learned, tasted and sipped our way through our time and then enjoyed the meal they and we had prepared. We left with well packed extras and great memories.

Great evening with Chef Roddy and his team. The food was great. We had a good blend of helping to cook and also networking with our team. A wonderful night overall. I would highly suggest. We did the Paella cooking class and it was delicious and plenty of food for all 9 of us. Thank you Chef!'
