WHAT YOU’LL DO

Turn your crew into amateur pasta chefs with a little help from a kitchen maestro.
Your team is in for a treat with this pasta-centered team building cooking class. Chef Maggie leads the gang through the traditional methods for turning fresh, wholesome ingredients into handmade pasta and a savory selection of fillings and toppings.

Your gourmets begin with bruschetta with fresh basil and balsamic. Then, everyone gets to make their own pasta preparing fettuccini and pappardelle topped with marinara or Alfredo sauce. And to end, enjoy a personal Italian grandma-approved dessert, torta della nonna!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
