What You'll Do

Turn your crew into amateur pasta chefs with a little help from a kitchen maestro.

Your team is in for a treat with this pasta-centered team building cooking class. Chef Maggie leads the gang through the traditional methods for turning fresh, wholesome ingredients into handmade pasta and a savory selection of fillings and toppings.

Your gourmets begin by putting together bruschetta with fresh basil and balsamic. Then, everyone gets creative with pasta and sauces, preparing agnolotti stuffed with bolognese or mushroom sauce and pappardelle topped with pesto alfredo. And for an Italian grandma-approved dessert, the crew will whip up an unpretentious torta della nonna!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was absolutely amazing. And our chef was so kind, knowledgeable and made it fun. The team got a true hands on approach to pasta making and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Plus the food was really good. We would definitely do it again. Thank you.

We were in for a work a trip and wanted to have something fun to do together so we chose this cooking class. Chef Tyler was great and was so perfect for our personalities. Chef Maggie is the one who coordinated everything for us and she was so accommodating to the food allergies we had and gave me recommendations for wine and beer pairings for what we ate. Chef Tyler was incredibly kind and genuine. He truly was a fantastic teacher and he answered ALL of the questions we had (which were a lot!). We absolutely had the best time and even our team member who is Italian said she learned things! HIGHLY recommend. Also, we loved that we used a kitchen that had such a great story and we were able to play a role in giving back to the community by using it.
