Team Building Activity - Southeast Asian Street Food Fare

What You’ll Do

Learn how to create a handful of delicacies found on the streets of Southeast Asia.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Peter, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course menu that showcases the authentic flavors and flair of Southeast Asian street food delicacies.

You and your team will begin by working together to prepare a coconut rice bowl with tender and garlicky baby bok choy. Then, Chef Peter will teach you how to build layers of flavor in an unbelievably flavorful chicken satay with a homemade peanut sauce. Lastly, you and your team will prepare sweet roti for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
