Team Building Activity - Journey Through Greece

What You’ll Do

Embark on a culinary adventure through Greece and discover the regional flavors with your team.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Jacob, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course Greek menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and a combination of regional cooking styles.

You and your team will begin by working together to build a hummus and vegetable platter, and a cool, crisp Greek salad. Then, Chef Jacob will teach you how to make pita from scratch to go with your marinated lamb kabobs and homemade tzatziki sauce before ending on a sweet note with nutty baklava for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a perfect way to christen our newly remodeled kitchen with a our group of 6 family members and friends! Chef Jacob brought everything we needed to prepare a 3-course Indian dinner. He’s a terrific, easygoing teacher who got everyone chopping, kneading, stirring, and laughing. The food we made was delicious and Jacob left us nicely printed copies of the recipes (which we will definitely prepare again). I highly recommend this!
