Description

Fante's Pizza 13" Stone is the secret to turning out brick oven-quality pizzas in your own kitchen. The natural stoneware absorbs moisture to eliminate soggy crusts and distributes heat evenly, both of which are key to developing that coveted crunch. The stone is safe for use in gas, electric, convection and microwave ovens, and even on the grill. Also included is a contoured rack (not oven safe) that securely cradles the hot stone for safe transport and serving.

We selected Fante's Pizza Stone because it's made from natural ceramic and is safe for all oven types (and even grills with no open flame). It also comes with removable metal handles, making taking the stone in and out of the oven safe and easy.
