Chef Jamie was wonderful! Very professional the food tasted amazing!

From the moment we walked in, Chef Jamie made us feel completely at ease—her warm presence was so comforting, especially since we’re a little on the shy and introverted side. She created such a welcoming atmosphere that the two hours flew by, and we left not only having made delicious vegetarian Middle Eastern food but also feeling so much more confident in the kitchen. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable, and her goal is truly to empower her students—she gave us invaluable advice, from how to properly hold a knife to small tricks that make cooking smarter and less intimidating. I’m already seeing the aftereffects; today, as I made sheet pan vegetables, I found myself thinking back to her class. I highly recommend this experience—it felt so personal, and I walked away with skills I’ll carry with me every time I cook!

Had a great experience at Jamie's Mediterranean class. She was heavy on educating us on what we were using, why, and always had an alternative we could explore. Healthy amount of challenge to try flavors we were previously adverse to. And she's extremely entertaining! The lemon olive oil cake was the star of the show.

Chef Jamie is very personable and professional, overall an awesome host! She provided a well structured learning environment and guided us through our cooking experience with care. I had a special menu request and she was able to compromise with my selections, within reason, by suggesting healthy alternative options that we loved. Her expertise, advice and instruction is extremely appreciated. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a great private evening with a host filled with personality and knowledge to book her class!

This event was absolutely amazing for our anniversary! Chef Jamie was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the cooking session. Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaime’s Home We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertops—perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision. Chef Jaime’s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued. Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. It was clear that she’s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about ensuring her students have a memorable experience. This class was so great! We don’t have enough good things to say. Chef Jamie welcomed us into her home that was clean, intimate, beautifully decorated and a perfect space for my mother and I to take this cooking class. We had the privilege of it being a private class. Chef Jamie explained each step thoroughly before beginning and continued to do so as we went through each step. At times, when I was hard on myself with not knowing what to do, she consistently reassured me that learning is part of the process and it’s okay to make mistakes. Everything we made was so delicious and cooked/prepared to perfection. Was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Chef Jamie!

Best choice I've made has been hiring Chef Jamie as a Private Chef for over 3 years. You can tell she cares about her client's wants and puts her heart into her cooking. Throughout my time working with her, she has been able to adjust my meals to work with different dietary needs and still deliver delicious meals. I've had a great experience working with her and would 100% recommend her to everyone! She's a ray of sunshine, so I can just imagine how fun and insightful her cooking classes are.

I booked chef jamie for my wife and I as a special Valentine’s day date. My wife loves to cook and i absolutely love that i never have to, so i wasnt sure what to expect, but the entire night blew us both away. Immediately we felt comfortable, excited , and hanging on every word Chef jamie said. She was well versed and able to explain each step, no matter the skill level coming in to the class. But even more than that, she made it fun, relatable and engaging. We made a crostini to start that im still dreaming about, perfect pillowy gnocchi and tiramisu with left overs for the whole week! Chef Jamie was spunky , personable, educational, and made cooking fun, plain and simple. I would highly recommend Chef Jamie to any one who wants a night out with great company, great atmosphere, and even better food ( at the end she even lets you lick the spoon !)

Omg this experience was EVERYTHING. My lady and I greatly appreciated the detail Jamie puts into making the food she makes from the taste to the plate placement. If I’m hiring ANYONE, it’ll def be Jamie! In 5 years she has not missed at all!

Jamie is very responsive to all questions regarding her food service. She is also very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. I received personal meal-prepped meals from Jaime and she was always prompt in her delivery and offering her expertise in foods that will help you in any direction you want to go (I.e. lose weight, tone body, etc.). I wish I could give 10 stars.
