Experience the depth and warmth of Indian cuisine in this private chef experience with Chef Tiff, where bold spices and traditional flavors take center stage. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the beauty of plant-based cooking while staying true to India’s rich culinary heritage.

Begin with kofta curry, featuring tender zucchini dumplings simmered in a fragrant spiced gravy. Enjoy a vibrant vegetable biryani, layered with aromatic basmati rice, golden raisins and whole spices. Indulge in freshly griddled aloo paratha, a comforting stuffed flatbread filled with spiced potatoes and onions. For a sweet finale, delight in chai-poached pears, infused with warming cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg—a perfect balance of spice and sweetness.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

My friends and I had a fantastic time with Chef Tiff. Chef Tiff was extremely knowledgeable but also made the evening fun, and her crГЁme brГ»lГ©e was absolutely incredible!

Chef Tiff was awesome. We learned so much and the food was excellent. Highly recommend. We couldnt keep the spring rolls on the plate as we were devouring them so quickly

Chef Tiff is a Rock Star!! Her knowledge, encouragement and enthusiasm of her craft. Our evening was a fun evening learning how to make ravioli.
