Begin with an avocado lobster salad, combining tender lobster, creamy avocado, vibrant mango dressing and fresh microgreens. Savor a perfectly pan-seared halibut topped with a roasted lemon butter sauce. Enjoy roasted petite potatoes infused with thyme and cracked pepper on the side as well as and sautГ©ed mushrooms enhanced with garlic and spring onions. Conclude with a luscious blood orange pound cake finished with a blackberry buttercream.
