Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

This was my husband's and my second cooking class with Chef Landi, and we cannot recommend him highly enough! His menus are always delicious and easy to replicate at home, and he really tries to involve everyone in the experience. Chef Landi is such a talented and personable chef, so cooking and learning with him is always a pleasure!

Chef Landi was a great and I’ll definitely be making these dishes at home. I felt the others in our group were pretty rude and inconsiderate, but he didn’t rush anyone despite going well over the intended class time. He explained why he did things as he went, how you could change the recipe if you wanted a different flavor, and even supplied boxes to take home leftovers. Very friendly, patient, and kind. Thank you for letting us into your home!

Chef Landi was fantastic! He went through every part of the process with detailed instructions, we got to try our hand at the a variety of techniques. The food was absolutely delicious and was a perfect date night with my boyfriend. He plated and served our meals which were extremely tasty. If you’re looking for a class or even starting on your cooking experience he was fantastic and I would recommend.
